DeltaKit
The DigniCap Delta Kit is a single-patient use component of an FDA-regulated medical device. As such it cannot be returned once it is received by a patient – even if it has not been opened or used.
Treatment Cards
Within 6 months of the purchase date, any unused treatment cards may be returned for a refund. Note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of $60 per shipment which covers the cost of processing the return and DeltaCard verification. (If you return 1 card or 16 cards in a package, the $60 fee is the same). The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund issued.
Allow 7-10 business days from the date the items are received by Dignitana for the refund to be processed.
