Please note our Dallas office and Patient Support Center will be closed for the Christmas Holiday on December 24th and 25th. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, December 23rd will be processed on Friday, December 26th. We will be closed for the New Year holiday on Thursday, January 1st. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST on December 31st will be processed on Friday, January 2nd.
Facilities keep a supply of DeltaKits and DeltaCards onsite for emergency use. If your order will not arrive before your appointment, both you and your facility will be contacted prior to your treatment.
All support tickets placed on December 24th or 25th will be processed beginning on Friday, December 26th. All support tickets placed on January 1st will be processed on January 2nd.
Our Support Center hours are Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6 pm, Central Time (U.S.), excluding holidays. Email or web inquiries received during this time will typically receive a reply on the same business day, or within 24 hours. After hours, and on holidays your inquiry will be returned on the next business day.
For the fastest response, submit a support ticket through the Patient Support Center through the portal below, or email support@dignicap.com. You may also leave a voicemail – call 877-350-2150 for the Patient Support Center.
