Please note our Dallas office and Patient Support Center will be closed for Thanksgiving Holiday on November 27th and 28th.  All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, November 26th will be processed on Monday, December 1st.

Facilities keep a supply of DeltaKits and DeltaCards onsite for emergency use. If your order will not arrive before your appointment, both you and your facility will be contacted prior to your treatment.

Our standard shipping times are Monday-Friday, 9am – 3:00pm CST. Orders placed outside of this window will be processed the following business day. We are not responsible for Fedex delays and are not able to issue refunds for delayed deliveries.
